Shipping & Delivery
At this time, 99 German Meals ships meals to locations within the continental United States
Things to note:
Our soups will be delivered in round microwaveable heavyweight containers for your convenience! 24 oz portions are enough for two meals
Our other meals coming in the rectangular microwavable heavyweight container for your convenience. Depend on the meal category and order the meat portion are between 8 and 12 oz. plus the side dishes. All our products are made from fresh ingredients. We are using only USDA meat products.
We are excited to announce that we deliver nationwide! We ship anywhere in the continental U.S. Depending on where you live, your order will arrive in 1-4 business days after shipping.
The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
We are unable to ship to postal boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
Note: All orders must be received by Friday, 2pm EST to go out the following week. We ship packages with meals from Monday to Wednesdays only. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost please call for rates.
How your order will delivered.
The way we ship your meals depends on the following: transit time, the products you ordered, and the time of year (warm or cold months). Since our products are shipped frozen, even if items defrost during transit, there is no harm in refreezing them upon arrival. See the storage information located on each product page for more specific storage instructions.
If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as you receive the package, but no later than 48 hours from time of delivery. Credit will only be issued with prior authorization from us and in most cases we will require the product returned. Do not throw any product away prior to contacting us. Please review the following EXCEPTIONS of our refund policy:
- Customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address when placing the order.
- Delivered packages were left outside for extended periods of time.
- Customer selected products or quantities in error.
- Products were delivered frozen, intact and as described on website, but customer simply did not care for the ‘taste’ of the product or it did not meet their ‘expectations’.
- Customer did not contact us within 48 hours from the time of delivery.
